Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions for Motion Spirit, the AI calisthenics coaching service operated by PE Oleksandr Parkhomenko at https://www.motion-spirit.fit. It matches the cancellation and refund terms in our Terms of Use.

Motion Spirit is sold as one subscription plan, billed monthly or yearly. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which is the merchant of record for these purchases. We do not store card numbers.

All subscription fees are non-refundable. This includes the charge for the current billing period, whether you pay monthly or yearly.

You can cancel at any time by signing in and opening Manage billing, which takes you to the Paddle customer portal. You can also cancel from your Paddle receipt.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term. You keep access until that term ends, and you are not billed again after that.
